Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 9 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between WebCore ("WebCore", "we") and people who visit webcore.bg or use our services ("client", "you"). By sending an enquiry or entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms.

1. Services

We provide WordPress and Next.js website development, landing pages, online stores, SEO, digital marketing through Google Ads and Meta Ads, and monthly website support. The scope, timeframe and price of each project are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Enquiries and proposals

After receiving an enquiry through the contact form or email, we normally prepare an individual proposal within 24 business hours. It includes the scope, indicative timeframe and price. A project officially begins after written approval and payment of the agreed deposit.

3. Prices and payment

Prices published on the website are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on project scope. We normally require a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery. Larger projects may be divided into agreed milestones. All prices are in euro (€) unless agreed otherwise.

4. Delivery timeframes

Indicative delivery times, such as 5 to 7 working days for a landing page, 10 to 15 working days for a business website and 3 to 5 weeks for an online store, depend on the client providing content, feedback and materials on time. Client delays may extend the agreed schedule.

5. Revisions and changes

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Changes outside the agreed scope are priced separately and approved before implementation.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, rights to the final design and custom code are transferred to the client, excluding third-party tools, libraries and components licensed under their own terms. WebCore may display the completed project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Client responsibilities

The client must provide the required content, including copy, images and logos, and timely feedback within a reasonable period. The client is responsible for the legality of supplied content, including copyright and trademark rights.

8. Limitation of liability

WebCore applies reasonable professional care when delivering services but is not liable for lost profits, indirect loss arising from use of the completed website, or interruptions caused by third parties such as hosting providers, payment systems or integrations.

9. Termination and cancellation

A client may terminate a project at any time by written notice. In that case, the paid deposit covers work completed to date and is non-refundable. Monthly support and marketing packages may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation and, if that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect from publication on this page and do not affect existing agreements unless agreed otherwise.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, email web.core.eood@gmail.com or call +359 899 178 506.
